“You need to be able to swim and traverse the uneven paths. The ruins have many steps, some of it is ok for a scooter, but walking is involved. At the beach a boat will take you out to a destination and drop you off. A person SHOULD know how to swim even though life jackets are provided. You are not allowed to use fins/flippers. The swimming portion is a smaller group than other companies so you are able to enjoy seeing the turtles w/o fear of being kicked by others. The lunch is very good. It was fresh and delicious for our taste. Sophia and Edgar were excellent hosts.”

“Our tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed experiencing Tulum in a more authentic way, with the guidance of an experienced local. This bike tour is not for those that are uncomfortable on a bike in a city. We were fine, but the couple with us had a lot of trouble navigating the busy streets on their bikes so I wouldn’t recommend this tour to those that aren’t 100% comfortable on a bike. “This was our third tour with Mexico Kan Tours. It was a private tour with just the three of us. Our guide Syed was amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. The scheduled times of the tours were great because we got to beat the crowds of tourists. The cenote location was great as well since it was not crowded. “This was a decent tour - the tour operator runs a bunch of tours at the same time with some overlapping activities. The Tulum ruins and cenote were really cool, but the listing makes it seem like you are riding a horse through the jungle to the cenote. This is not the case. Be warned that the ruins are in a national park; you cannot bring single-use plastic, including water bottles, into the park. We ended up doing the cenote before horseback riding - the horseback ride was only 25-30 minutes on a paved road with the occasional car going by.
