It was supposed to be a 12 hour trip. We got up at the crack of dawn for a 7am pick up which we had to cab to from our hotel resort (600 Mxn pesos). We got to the pick up point and after waiting for 15 min called the phone number online (EKINOX TOURS) and was informed they had no space for us. The tour was full. We were fine, but the couple with us had a lot of trouble navigating the busy streets on their bikes so I wouldn’t recommend this tour to those that aren’t 100% comfortable on a bike. Otherwise, it’s an amazing experience and I highly recommend!!”
