“The zip lining was great! The reservation said we would ride ATV for 45 minutes but it was more like 25 minutes. We were told that we would get Mexican food but they ran out of meat and only gave us cheese empanadas. We were told that the pictures would be $20 USD, but they charged us $50. Our guide was great and the drivers were great. Just felt like there was some misleading advertisement with the experience.”

“This was a decent tour - the tour operator runs a bunch of tours at the same time with some overlapping activities. The Tulum ruins and cenote were really cool, but the listing makes it seem like you are riding a horse through the jungle to the cenote. This is not the case. Be warned that the ruins are in a national park; you cannot bring single-use plastic, including water bottles, into the park. We ended up doing the cenote before horseback riding - the horseback ride was only 25-30 minutes on a paved road with the occasional car going by. Someone is holding your horse or walking beside you…”

“This excursion was so much fun! You ride ATVs for about 30-45 minutes through the jungle. Then you climb up to the first zipline (stairs) which is the longest one. Not for people afraid of heights.. you are literally above all the trees and then some. A few more zip lines to follow then you go and swim in the cenote. Jose was our guide and he was great! He explained everything so well and was funny! We had a great time and after everything they served us a yummy lunch! Def recommended!!!”
