“The zip lining was great! The reservation said we would ride ATV for 45 minutes but it was more like 25 minutes. We were told that we would get Mexican food but they ran out of meat and only gave us cheese empanadas. We were told that the pictures would be $20 USD, but they charged us $50. Our guide was great and the drivers were great. Just felt like there was some misleading advertisement with the experience.”

“The tour of Tulum ruins could have been a bit more informative but overall good. For the adrenaline activities, Cesar was our guide and was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He was a gentleman the entire time. The zip lines felt safe and all staff supported those who were nervous. The ATVs were brilliant, even after rain. The only think I would say is for those who would choose to go slower to go to the back to prevent the queue backing up, but other than that amazing. “The only cool thing about this tour is the cave cenote. The facility in Tulum where the vans meet up had a women’s bathroom but no working light so we had to take a flashlight. The road off the highway to get to the activities is so bumpy that it’s takes a good 30 minutes to get down the driveway. The ATVs are really loud. The front tires are super wide and I’m pretty sure they are made to go on the back tires. When you hit a bump, they bite into the road and the steering jerks. I almost crashed a couple times and I have been driving ATV’s…”

“The overall excursion was nice. The cave swim was amazing!!! The ATVS kept cutting off. Several turned off throughout the ride, they were still enjoyable. There were several guides riding with our group that would switch off atvs. Ziplining was also amazing. The zip line over water was closed for cleaning during our visit. We were able to do several zip lines. Now my issue with the excursion is the fact that I paid for photos and NEVER received them. They were supposed to be delivered via email and even after I sent an email to the company I never received the link!!!”

“Booked this excursion around 9 am. My ticket said 1pm. At 11:20 we get a call from the company saying we were supposed to be picked up at 11:15. Again our ticket said 1pm, nowhere on there did it say 11:15. They told us we could take a taxi to Coco Bongo if we wanted to go or we could cancel. They said the reason we never got picked up was “we just got the email.” My husband asked if canceled do we get a full refund-they told him they would cancel on their end & we have to contact Viator. “This excursion was so much fun! You ride ATVs for about 30-45 minutes through the jungle. Then you climb up to the first zipline (stairs) which is the longest one. Not for people afraid of heights.. you are literally above all the trees and then some. A few more zip lines to follow then you go and swim in the cenote. Jose was our guide and he was great! He explained everything so well and was funny! We had a great time and after everything they served us a yummy lunch! Def recommended!!!”
