“The tour location itself was beautiful, but the ride there was uncomfortable. The bus felt overcrowded, almost like it had two extra rows of seats—I'm not particularly tall, but my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me the entire time. Additionally, the pre-tour email advised bringing sunscreen, but failed to mention that sunscreen isn't allowed in Bacalar. Unfortunately, this led to us getting bad sunburns, which affected the rest of our trip.”
