The scheduled times of the tours were great because we got to beat the crowds of tourists. The cenote location was great as well since it was not crowded. We found it best to download when we had wifi and then log out of it (even switch off the phone to remove the blue quick open button top left) so that it didn’t use up all our battery power. Best to take a separate power bank in case your phone runs low. Sometimes the section didn’t play, probably more to do with us not being in the right spot, but easy enough to just click on the list and tap it manually. Really liked the voice of the narrator and the helpful photos.”

“The birdwatching tour was amazing. Because the location of the tour slightly changed, we had two guides: Miguel and the local guide Axel. We were amazed by the knowledge they had about birds, they could imitate the sounds some birds made to make them come around and knew so much about many different species. Besides, they were very social and knew a lot about nature, wildlife and local culture too. Miguel organised the trip punctually and brought food, coffee, water and very good binoculars. We have seen over 40 different kinds of birds (among which kingfishers, hummimgbirds and tucans) in different places in the jungle and saw a lagoon and…”

“The best part about this tour is that it started on our time. There was no rush to meeting up with a group tour with a guide. The price was extremely reasonable too. The downfalls were that the information was sparse, and although they have a clever idea with using actors to act out different characters, there wasn’t a lot of substance or history. Each stop on the tour had a very brief audio that left a lot to be desired. The idea was great, but it can use some tweaking to include more historical and archaeological information.”
