“Highlights- Everyone was wonderful: the van driver, tour guides and boat driver. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and good at communicating what we were going to do and what was going to happen next. Loved the boat ride and seeing the vast expanse of water, mangroves and the peacefulness of it all. The boat driver spotted multiple crocodiles, dolphins, manatees. We stopped by an island to watch the frigate birds- very cool. Snorkeling at the reef was fast but good. We saw multiple turtles and a stingray. I would have like to have slowed down this part a bit to get gear situated a bit better and take a breath.…”

“This tour was amazing. Only 4 of us so it felt like a private tour. Mildred and Ricky were great guides. I loved the opportunity to see the cenotes off the beaten path, and the food there was amazing. The sea turtle location was incredibly crowded with other tours and we couldn’t even rent a locker. Mildred had to hunt down a life vest for 2 of us and there was a lot of just wait time. But it was worth it to see and swim with turtles in the wild.”

“The tour takes you in a boat through 2 beautiful lagoons, into a river where you can float with the current for about 30 minutes. Or you can explore through a boardwalk. The place is a national treasure.”

“This excursion was so much fun! You ride ATVs for about 30-45 minutes through the jungle. Then you climb up to the first zipline (stairs) which is the longest one. Not for people afraid of heights.. you are literally above all the trees and then some. A few more zip lines to follow then you go and swim in the cenote. Jose was our guide and he was great! He explained everything so well and was funny! We had a great time and after everything they served us a yummy lunch! Def recommended!!!”

“My tour guide was Nelson, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and the history of the Mayan Ruins and Cenotes. I can’t swim however Nelson created a method using life jackets to help me float through the Cenotes, I felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend doing this tour.”

“The trip was adequate. Stops at Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid was great. They should have used the time at the Mayan village (1.5h)and cut down Chichen Itza (2.5h) each by half an hour as we only had 40min for the cenote and 20min Valladolid. The busdriver left us twice standing for 10+Min outside in the blazing heat while he was sleeping in the aircon bus. Our bus arrived 30min late. The english speaking tour guide at Chichen Itza was useless and I got more info from google. Best would be to try a different tour as it was more sale of local produce than informative.”

“Our guide Nelson was very knowledgeable and fun. We also had a local Mayan guide that was able to bring us to several different locations that the monkeys were at. The walk through the jungle was easy for everyone in our family. Zip line and canoe across the lagoon was a great way to see the area a little differently. The cenote was a exhilarating adventure in itself. Overall would do the excursion again. Highly recommend it if you truly want to see the monkeys in their natural environment.”

“It's been a week since our daytrip to Chichen Itza with stops at Cenote at Saamal, the Mayan village at Kaua, and the Spanish Colonial city of Valladolid and we are still processing the wealth of information that our guides Victor and Nestor gave us. Victor is so knowledgeable about the Mayan history and is witty, articulate and a tremendous educator. Full marks to each of them, and our driver. Highly recommend this tour.”

“Very basic tour. They do not pick you up from your hotel as advertised. Locations we were taken (restaurant and beach club) were very basic. Food was terrible. The guide was great. The views beautiful.”

“De planning chaotisch en veranderde voortdurend waarbij geen duidelijke instructies van de gids. Lunch zou worden aangeboden op de locatie van de ziplines. Echter door te krappe planning van de gids de lunch niet gekregen. Bovendien waren wij nat van het zwemmen in de cenotes en onder het stof van het quad rijden en was er geen mogelijkheid om om te kleden voordat we naar coba zouden gaan. In Coba maar 30 minuten de tijd gehad om het park te zien. Wederom door de te krappe planning.”
